{"id":2011,"date":"2013-05-04T15:32:52","date_gmt":"2013-05-04T15:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sailpandora.com\/?page_id=2011"},"modified":"2019-12-02T14:10:55","modified_gmt":"2019-12-02T19:10:55","slug":"why-a-saga-43","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.sailpandora.com\/?page_id=2011","title":{"rendered":"What type of a boat is Pandora?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pandora is a 2007 composite cruising sailboat, an Aerodyne 47 designed by Rodger Martin. \u00a0Rodger is know for exotic go-fast racers and Pandora, while not as extreme as some of his designs is very cutting edge by cruising boat Standards. \u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rodgermartindesign.com\/\">Check out his site<\/a> to see what I mean. \u00a0Pretty mean stuff.<\/p>\n<p>She was built in Finland and many of the interior components were constructed to the standards of luxury aircraft with exotic materials to save weight. \u00a0 Unfortunately, this design was very expensive to build and only three were built with Pandora, as hull #3, clearly the one finished to the highest standards.<\/p>\n<p>The Aerodyne 47 was designed as a &#8220;go anywhere&#8221;
